Tomato Beef Brisket
Overview
Eating beef regularly can replenish qi, nourish the spleen and stomach, and strengthen muscles and bones. Two days ago, I went to a friend's hometown and bought some yellow beef. It is from home-raised cattle. It is purely natural and has no water added. It tastes good.
