Fried dried cuttlefish with onions

Soak the dried cuttlefish in water for 3 hours. Do not soak it for too long, as it will lose its flavor if it is soaked for too long.

Boil some water in a pot, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a few slices of ginger, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Prepare ingredients. Slice onions and shred peppers. Slice ginger and garlic, mince green onions.

Finished product. It is salty and delicious with rice. The onions are very delicious and the dried cuttlefish is chewy. The more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. Friends with bad teeth should use a pressure cooker to press the dried cuttlefish before frying it. If you fry it directly after soaking, it will be a bit hard.
