Steps
-
Put the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and turn on the kneading mode.
-
After the first kneading, add the softened butter and start the second kneading.
-
Leave to ferment after kneading.
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Take out the exhaust and knead evenly.
-
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
-
Use a donut mold to press out the shape. If you don't have a mold, you can use a cup to press out a large circle first, and then use a piping nozzle to press out a smaller circle.
-
Take it out on a baking sheet, put it in the oven, add a cup of hot water, and ferment for about forty minutes.
-
At the end of fermentation, it is enough to see that the donuts are relatively plump.
-
Put oil in the pan, when it heats to 180 degrees, gently put the donuts in, fry one side for about a minute, then flip over, fry for about a minute and take them out.
-
Use kitchen paper to absorb the fat from the fried donuts and let cool.
-
Sift over powdered sugar and serve.
