I bought Baolaotan sauerkraut and made sauerkraut fish. My daughter liked it very much.

Peel the garlic, peel and cut the ginger into cubes.

Pour in the chicken broth and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add the fish pieces and cook for about ten minutes
