Overview
Pot stickers are fried snacks with fillings. They are exquisitely made and taste delicious. They are often made with pork fillings and are served with different fresh vegetables according to the season. The shape of pot stickers varies from place to place. They are generally in the shape of dumplings, but Tianjin pot stickers are similar to the Huozi.

Prepare materials.

Add cooking wine, green onions, chopped ginger, thirteen spices, oyster sauce and salt to the meat filling, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Chop the cabbage and marinate with salt.
