Purple sweet potato and sweet potato are related to the same family, so it would be good to change the sweet potato to purple sweet potato. I dug out the sweet potato roast again and started thinking about the details. I always thought that the cooked sweet potatoes should be no more than the size of the thumb and index finger. After seeing the saying, try to choose small sweet potatoes that are 5-6 cm long, then find the smallest purple potato and measure it. It is exactly this size. It turned out that the roasted sweet potatoes were much larger than expected. Bigger, bigger. There are really not many opportunities to have such a small purple sweet potato. You must try this purple sweet potato. The meringue recipe looks like a butter biscuit, maybe it can also be used to make a tart crust. Normally I would not be willing to make something with such a heavy oily and sweet taste, but the inside of this purple sweet potato is really tempting. Cut Feijuan's puff pastry in half and make 7 purple sweet potato roasts. In this way, the puff pastry is not so thick, and you can eat more potatoes but less skin, which is less burdensome. Feijuan roasted the sweet potatoes, but it was best to steam the purple potatoes. Purple sweet potatoes have less water and are not moist enough when steamed. The baked purple sweet potatoes are probably even drier. Moreover, steaming purple sweet potatoes is not so labor-intensive. After coming out of the oven, this purple sweet potato with yellow skin and purple heart looks really pleasing. Moreover, I don’t know if it’s because of the oil content in the skin, but the purple sweet potato doesn’t feel as dry and choking as before.

Wash the purple sweet potatoes and steam them in a steamer
