Super soft bread
Overview
It’s been almost a year since I bought my bread machine. At first I didn’t have high hopes for how delicious the bread automatically made by the bread machine would be. I just wanted the bread machine to knead the dough for me. I often see the sisters from Meitian making one-touch bread, which looks pretty good. One of my classmates bought a bread machine three years ago, but every time the bread comes out hard and dry, and the edges of the bread are baked very darkly. After consulting with my classmates, I have lost confidence in the bread machine. After some time, I bought a bread machine and followed the recipe given by the bread machine. As my classmates said, the baked bread was dry and hard. Later, I repeatedly looked for recipes and tried making them. I repeatedly read bread machine recipes online and learned how to make them while watching them. After countless attempts, I finally can make soft bread. I’ll share my approach below, I hope it can help everyone too!

According to the above ingredients, except for the salad oil and dry yeast, mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, and water into a dough. Apply the salad oil, wrap it in a plastic bag and refrigerate it overnight, or 24 hours. When making it, take the dough out of the refrigerator and remember to warm it up before using it, otherwise the cold will affect the fermentation. I use the defrost function of the microwave for 2 minutes to warm it up
-
After warming, tear the dough into pieces and put them into the bread barrel. Brush oil around the bread barrel. Dilute the dry yeast with a small amount of water and put it into the bread barrel. Turn on the standard bread function to knead the dough automatically.
-
After a dough mixing process is finished, tear a piece of dough out and check whether the dough has come out
-
The dough is fully expanded and easily kneaded into a glove film. Using this refrigerator refrigeration method greatly saves a lot of time in kneading the dough, and the resulting bread is super soft
