Overview

Old hen soup is really the most eaten after giving birth. When I was a child, the hens at home were fed to lay eggs, so in my memory I never drank chicken soup when I was a child. ^_^^_^^_^^_^ There is no way my family is poor! But my parents would kill the roosters they raised and fry them for us to eat. They were just fragrant and super delicious. Home-raised chickens are good. This is the taste that I still can’t forget.

  1. Half a hen

  2. Soak the mushrooms 5 hours in advance, cut the green onions into sections, and slice the ginger.

  3. Put the chicken in the pot and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. I will blanch it.

  4. After blanching, take it out and put it into an electric pressure cooker. Add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger, green onion, and spices and start cooking the soup

  5. After the soup is cooked, just add an appropriate amount of water to taste. However, it is still not recommended to use a pressure cooker to make chicken soup. I think some soups really need time to be simmered to taste delicious. I have tried two methods, one is a stew pot, and the other is Electric pressure cooker, the conclusion is that the electric pressure cooker is not as good as the stew pot, just like my pork belly braised taro, the vegetable pot stew is not as delicious as the electric pressure cooker. It feels like our appetite, we need to take the right medicine^_^^_^
