Wash (the lungs of the crab must be removed)

Each crab is divided into two

Dip each one in a little cornstarch

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, fry the crabs until golden brown, remove and control the oil

You can leave a few shells and fry them so that they look nice on the plate

Prepare minced garlic, minced ginger, pickled pepper, pepper segments, and bean paste

Leave a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the prepared ingredients until fragrant
