Prepare lean pork.

Remove the tendons from the meat and cut into large pieces for later use.

Add water to a frying spoon, add onions, ginger, wine and meat, cook for five minutes, remove the ends.

Add onion, ginger, cooking wine and a small amount of salt to the pressure cooker. Move the meat to the pot and press the cook button. After 40 minutes, take out the meat and let it cool.

Place the cooled meat in plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to crush it into pieces. The more crumbly the better.

Mix the minced meat with oil and sugar evenly and fry in a wok until dry.

Put the fried and dried meat into a food processor and pulverize it until it becomes velvety.
