Steps
-
Soak the mushrooms. (Only 6 were used.)
-
Wash the dried shrimps, soak them in water until soft, and wash the sausages.
-
Chop mushrooms, sausages, and dried shrimps.
-
Chop green onions. (It is inconvenient to go out during this extraordinary period, so I bought a lot of green onions at once, cut them and kept them frozen.)
-
Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and water into a slurry.
-
Brush the pan with oil and fry the mushrooms, sausages and dried shrimps until fragrant.
-
Put it into the batter, add chopped green onion, salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
-
Brush a non-stick pan with oil, pour 2 tablespoons of flour paste, spread it thinly, and fry over low heat until both sides are completely brown. (A ten-inch pot can make 5 servings.)
-
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, salty and delicious.
