  1. Prepare materials

  3. Wash, peel and slice the ginger, then cut it into shreds

  4. Add the auxiliary ingredients light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, fermented bean curd, olive oil and shredded ginger to the squid and marinate for 30 minutes
