A piece of fat tofu.

Dice carrots and celery.

Break the tofu into small pieces.

Add oil to the pot, sauté chopped green onion, red pepper, vegetables and tofu.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder to taste and simmer over high heat for a while.
