Golden croissant
Overview
This golden croissant is based on Sister Ziyi's recipe, but it is still modified. 60 grams of all-purpose flour is added, and the liquid is carrot juice. It's a pity that my plastic surgery technique was not up to par, and the golden horns were not majestic at all, they were blunt, like the horns of a small sheep. This bread has a large amount of sugar and butter. It tastes great and has a fragrant aroma. I took pictures and ate them at the same time. After taking pictures, I had already eaten two loaves. Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, I would have eaten another one if I wasn't concerned about the calories.
