Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies
Overview
The recipe comes from the Biscuit Research Laboratory. I made half the amount of the original recipe and used Ruozhu matcha powder. The color is fresh and the taste is not too sweet!

Soften butter at room temperature, sift cake flour, matcha powder, and almond flour and set aside.

Mix butter and icing sugar together, beat with a whisk until slightly pale.

Add the whole egg liquid in portions and mix evenly.

Add sifted flour and mix well.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, wrap in oil paper and freeze. Just freeze until hard, about 1 hour.

Cut into 0.5cm pieces.

In the middle rack of the oven, set the upper heat to 170 degrees and the lower heat to 160 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
