Prepare ingredients. Wash the leeks cleanly and control the water. Add flour and water and use a pastry machine to knead the dough.

Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add the eggs directly. Stir quickly with chopsticks to set the eggs. Cut into pieces and turn off the heat. Leave to cool and set aside

Stir the meat filling clockwise while adding water little by little, not too much, just moist and smooth. Chop the onion and ginger into mince, add to the meat filling, then add cooking wine, soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, peanut oil, sesame oil, stir clockwise

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a long strip, pinch and roll it out. How to make wheat ear dumplings: Take one side of skin, put stuffing in the middle, first make a small tip on the inside as a starting point
