Main material. Pumpkin, meat stuffing, shrimp and radish (the root end of the pumpkin is best for cutting flowers)

Use a knife to cut the radish pumpkin into slices, and then use a mold to press the radish pumpkin into flowers. (The thickness of radish is twice as thick as pumpkin)

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and a small spoonful of starch to the meat filling and mix well.

Peel the shrimps from their shells and heads, leaving the tails on.

Arrange the pumpkin in the middle between the two radish slices.

Stuff all radishes with meat filling and shrimp. The tail of the shrimp should be exposed.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the stuffed radish, cover tightly and steam over high heat for 10 minutes, remove from the heat.
