Mix 30 grams of instant oatmeal with 120 grams of boiling water, mix well and let cool to form a thick oatmeal porridge.

Combine all bread ingredients except butter in a bowl.

Stir into a dough without dry flour, put it into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes

At the end of the program, the dough is kneaded to the expansion stage. Small, thick, and easily broken films can be pulled out, and softened butter can be added.

Start the second kneading program for 20 minutes. At the end of the program, the dough is kneaded to the fully expanded stage, and a large, unbreakable film can be pulled out.

Take out the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

Take out the dough, sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking, and knead the dough to remove air.

Divide the dough evenly into three small doughs, knead evenly, round and rest for 10 minutes.

Close the lid and place in the lower shelf of the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes.
