[Baked Scallops with Cheese and Yam]: A delicious new way to eat
Overview
Scallops have always been one of my favorite foods. The most common way is to steam scallops with vermicelli. The fans absorbed the delicious scallop juice, and the delicious taste is self-evident. But in fact, using cheese with scallops and cooking them in a Western style is quite delicious! Yam is a common food ingredient. Yams have very good nutritional value and are rich in protein. Regular consumption of yam can not only strengthen the kidneys and replenish essence, nourish the spleen and stomach, help digestion, but also prolong life. Even for diabetes, yam can play an auxiliary treatment role. There are many types of yams, and different types have different tastes and different ways of eating them. What I used today was yam. Huaiyam has a crisp and tender texture and can be eaten in a variety of ways. It can be used in soups, dishes, and desserts. But the dish introduced today uses baking method. Baking is a common method in making Western dishes. Usually, shredded cheese is placed on the surface of the ingredients, and then baked in the oven until the cheese is melted and caramelized. This is really my first time making baked yam because I feel that yam and scallops are a perfect match in terms of texture, taste, and nutritional value. Scallops, yams, and cheese are three of my favorite ingredients. What kind of delicious food will be produced by mixing them?
