Home version of Ant Climbing a Tree

Overview

Today is actually my first time making ants climbing a tree, but I have always known this recipe, and I have wanted to try it countless times, but I have never done it. Today I want to give my husband and mother-in-law a different taste (none of the country people have tried it, haha). The first time I tried it, it tasted good, so I came to show off! This time I added winter bamboo shoots. On the one hand, this is a seasonal ingredient. On the other hand, adding winter bamboo shoots will make the texture more tender. (ps: I took the photo right after I finished it, so the photo is a little blurry)
