Prepare the raw materials, remove the stems and cut the beans into sections and wash them

Chop dry red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and cut beef into thin strips

Seasoning salt, cooking wine, extremely delicious

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the beans and stir-fry over medium heat.

Take out the stir-fried beans and set aside.

In the base oil left in the pot, add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and dried red peppers, stir-fry together until fragrant.

When the meat becomes fragrant, add the beef strips and continue to stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
