【Super simple version of pumpkin mousse】
Overview
The mousse has a dense, smooth texture, a refreshing fragrance, and the flavor of rum and cream offsets the fishy smell of the pumpkin. It is a refreshing dessert worth trying!

Soak the gelatine slices in boiling water until soft and set aside
-
Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, steam it, sift through a sieve and press it into a puree (be sure to sift it through a sieve), add 50 grams of fine sugar and mix well
-
Heat the milk in the microwave for half a minute, add the soaked gelatine and stir until it is completely melted. Add a few drops of lemon juice (to remove the fishy smell)
-
Stir milk and pumpkin puree evenly, add rum and mix well and set aside
-
Add 30 grams of fine sugar to the light cream and whip until it has lines and is still flowing (distribute 6)
-
Mix the whipped cream and pumpkin puree evenly, and the mousse is ready (so fragrant)
-
Pour into the mold, tap lightly to remove bubbles until the surface is smooth, refrigerate in the refrigerator until solidified, then remove from the mold and cut into pieces (refrigerate for more than 3 hours is best)
-
When demoulding, take a hair dryer and gently blow it around the sides and bottom of the mold, and it will come off easily
-
Look at my foodie family, it bottoms out every now and then!
