Shredded radish pancake
Overview
White radish is a plant food with high nutritional value and low price. It has the effects of reducing qi and digestion, removing phlegm and moisturizing the lungs, detoxifying and promoting fluid production, relieving coughs, and facilitating defecation. I happen to have cooked pork belly at home, and it tastes really good when I add the stuffing.

Add salt, yeast, warm water to the flour, knead it into a dough, and ferment

Pour 35 grams of hot oil into 35 grams of flour to make a puff pastry

Shred the white radish and marinate with salt to remove the moisture, dice the cooked pork belly and mince the green onion

Squeeze out the water from the white radish and mix the filling with sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt and pepper evenly

Roll the half-risen dough into a rectangular shape and coat with pastry

Roll up and cut into pieces
