Braised fish
Overview
I posted braised fish once before, which was made by my mother. Today my husband asked me to buy a fish for me to try, so I started making braised fish for the first time!

Wash the fish, score a few cuts on both sides of the fish, then rub salt on both sides and set aside

Heat the oil in a hot pan, gently put the fish into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. This time I used a non-stick pan, so it stuck to the pan and the appearance was not good

Prepare side dishes, shred carrots, and cut cabbage, garlic, ginger, and celery into sections.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cabbage segments and shredded carrots and stir-fry until soft. Add salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, vinegar, and light soy sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly. Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Add the fish, cover with lid, and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add celery segments and green garlic segments and stir-fry until soft, then add sweet potato powder and water and mix well, wait until the soup thickens and serve!
