  1. Soak and cut yuba and fungus

  2. Mince garlic, slice green pepper and carrot

  3. Soak the broccoli in salt water and wash it. Add oil and salt to the water to keep the color green

  4. Sauté minced garlic in oil pan, add green pepper and carrot and stir-fry

  5. Put the yuba and fungus sausage, salt, fresh vegetables and steamed fish with soy sauce

  6. Put the watered broccoli in. If the pot is too dry, add some water
