Stir-fried tender pumpkin with onions
Overview
The tender pumpkin has a crisp texture and a light sweetness, which makes it delicious no matter how you cook it. I bought a tender pumpkin today, and I happened to have an onion at home, so I paired the two together. It has both the fragrance of the pumpkin and the rich fragrance of the onion. It tastes really good.
