Christmas tree bread
Overview
This is the second part of the Christmas baking series I made. It is actually a simple basic bread, just shaped into the shape of a Christmas tree to suit the upcoming Christmas.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, set the dough program and start it;
-
After 20 minutes, add butter and reset the dough program to start (this program takes 30 minutes to knead the dough and 1 hour to rise);
-
After the fermentation process is completed and the dough has risen, dip your fingers into high-gluten flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the hole does not shrink back, it proves that it has fermented well;
-
Divide the dough into 10 35g small pieces and 1 60g piece of dough, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes;
-
After the exhaust is rounded, arrange it into the shape of a Christmas tree as shown;
-
Finally, ferment for about 45 minutes until doubled in size. Brush the surface evenly with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, cool in the sun and sprinkle with powdered sugar;
