Put the delicious food, oil, salt, sugar and chicken juice into the water, stir evenly and have it ready.

Boil water in a pot and add a few drops of white vinegar.

When the water is boiling, add the yam and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and drain. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add yam at 40% oil temperature, and fry until the skin is slightly dry.

Add the shiitake mushrooms, the skin of the shiitake mushrooms will shrink and bubble, remove and control the oil.

Leave the oil in the pot, add chopped green onion, garlic slices, and other ingredients and saute until fragrant.

Add the fried yam and mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.

Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

When there is a little soup left in the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water starch, pour in oil and stir-fry evenly.
