Stir-fried Pork with Wild Wild Rice
Overview
In our countryside, wild rice is rarely sold. I went to the supermarket two days ago and actually saw it for sale. Although it was not very fresh, I bought a few and fried them. I didn’t particularly like eating it, and I didn’t pay attention to its nutrition. I just wanted to increase the variety.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and cut the wild rice into strips. It is easier to fry when cut into strips and will not stick to each other.
-
Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.
-
Marinate the pork with starch, light soy sauce and oil.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
-
Put the pork down and fry.
-
Add some dark soy sauce and stir-fry.
-
Pour in the wild rice, add some salt and stir-fry. Add salt first to make it softer.
-
Continue to stir-fry until cooked through. If necessary, add a little water and fry.
-
Add onion and stir-fry until cooked before serving. Turn off heat.

It looks better with the addition of dark soy sauce. 😆
