Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a knife to cut all the ripe walnut kernels, then flatten the knife and press it, back and forth several times
-
Cut the walnut kernels into half powder and half granular form and set aside
-
Weigh raw egg yolk (choose a larger egg to take the yolk), corn oil, powdered sugar, and salt and mix together
-
Stir until the sugar and oil are emulsified
-
Add sifted tapioca starch and cake flour
-
Stir briefly and add chopped cooked walnuts
-
Mix well to form a dough
-
Pick up a piece with your hands, about 10 grams each, round it up, and place it directly on the baking sheet
-
Dip a flat-bottomed spoon into the whole egg liquid and gently pat the top flat. Each small ball will turn into a thicker flat ball, and brush it with the egg liquid at the same time
-
Preheat the oven, place the baking pan on the middle layer, heat up and down, 180 degrees, 15 minutes
