Clover Coconut Bread

Clover Coconut Bread

Overview

Recently, I have become obsessed with using vegetable oil instead of butter to make bread. The bread made with vegetable oil lacks the milky aroma of butter, but is particularly soft. There are two kinds of coconut paste in the filling: homemade and bought. Using the same recipe, the filling made from homemade coconut paste is relatively moist and can be easily kneaded into a ball; the purchased coconut paste is relatively dry and easy to loosen.
