Pork liver supercooled water

Pork liver slices

Pour the cut pork liver into cold water again and rinse away the blood

Drain and set aside

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add pork liver and blanch for one minute.

Remove and drain the water in the pot, then add water again. After boiling, add the blanched pork liver, star anise, pepper, bay leaves, and salt. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
