Spicy Tofu Skin
Overview
Today I was resting at home and became a desperate thirteenth girl. I cooked four or five dishes by myself, and I couldn’t put my chopsticks down when I looked at a large table of dishes. I don’t know what to eat when I look at it, but they are all vegetarian dishes. I bought this tofu skin two days ago. I don’t know why I bought so much but didn’t eat it. I used it to make spicy food today. Spicy ones taste warmer. It goes well with porridge

Shred the tofu skin.

Shred the red pepper.

Chop the ginger and onion.

Heat the pan and sauté the onions and ginger until fragrant.

Add red pepper shreds and saute until fragrant.

Add spicy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put a spoonful of salt.

Add the bean skin and stir-fry evenly. Add some hot water and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, remove from the pan and sprinkle some green onions.
