Stir-fried pork with celery and fungus

Wash and slice the lean pork front legs, add a little soy sauce, a little salt and a little corn starch, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Wash and slice celery

Soak the black fungus, wash and cut into pieces and set aside

Remove seeds from red pepper, wash and cut into small pieces for later use
