Cut the tofu into 0.5 cm thick slices

Mix steamed fish soy sauce and water in a ratio of 1:1

For about 3-5 minutes, when one side of the tofu turns golden brown and slightly charred, turn the tofu over piece by piece, keep the heat medium-low, and fry the other side
