Chop chicken feet into small pieces.

Blanch the chicken feet in cold water, take them out and wash them thoroughly.

Place the chicken feet in a pot under cold water, add onion, ginger, star anise, peppercorns and cooking wine.

After boiling, skim off the floating residue and cook over medium heat for ten minutes.

After taking it out, cool it repeatedly with cold water to control the moisture.

Add refined salt, first grade fresh soy sauce, rice vinegar, white sugar, chicken essence to a small basin, then add a bowl of water and mix well.

Prepare the ingredients, first slice half of the lemon, slice the garlic and ginger. Cut the green pepper and coriander into sections, and cut the red pepper into small sections.

Pour the juice into the ingredients and squeeze the juice of the remaining half lemon into the basin.

Add the chicken feet and mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
