Bad-flavored yellow croaker
Overview
Red glutinous rice is produced in Fujian Province. In the final stage of making red yeast wine, the fermented derivatives are screened out and the residue left after the wine is distiller's grains (i.e. red grains), which are recycled into food additives. It has special functions such as lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar and preventing cancer. It also has valuable natural red pigments and is a precious, delicious and healthy natural food. Using red glutinous rice as an ingredient to cook dishes is a major feature of Chinese cuisine. Red glutinous rice has the functions of antiseptic and fishy removal, increasing aroma, umami and color. There are more than a dozen cooking methods used in dishes, such as boiled glutinous rice, pulled glutinous rice, fried glutinous rice, red glutinous rice, drunken glutinous rice, and fried glutinous rice.

Ingredients: One yellow croaker, lees, 3 tablespoons of salt, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount of cooking wine (glutinous rice red wine), 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sesame oil, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil

Put the lees into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of salt.
