Prepare the ingredients, peel and wash them and set aside! Choose (leaner pork belly). Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water

Mince the pork!

Chop lotus root, carrot, mushroom, green onion and ginger into mince (drain the soaked glutinous rice)

Mix the stuffing: Find a large bowl and put the prepared ingredients (minced pork, minced carrots, minced lotus roots, minced mushrooms, minced onions and ginger). Seasonings: 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 egg white, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, a little cornstarch, and a little pepper. Stir clockwise until evenly mixed!

Be sure to stir clockwise. You can stir a little more until the meat filling is thickened, so that the meat filling will be better. Leave aside for later use...

Take a spoonful of pork filling and roll it into a round ball. Place it on the glutinous rice and roll it around.

Roll the glutinous rice meatballs and knead them with your hands to set the shape.

Bring to a boil and steam for 25 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes and open the lid.

The fragrant meatballs are ready to be cooked.

Just put it on the plate (you can sprinkle some chopped green onion or other things on top to garnish it). Our kids don't eat chopped green onion, so we didn't add it.
