Chili and sesame cold dried tofu
Overview
I learned this dish from my mother. The best thing about my mother’s cooking of this dish is the green peppercorn oil she made. I fell in love with this dish after I ate my mother’s cold dried tofu for the first time. When the weather is hot, it is served with millet porridge as an appetizer. It is light and is also a good side dish to go with wine. Although this cold dried tofu dish seems relatively easy to make, it still requires a lot of effort to make all the color, flavor and utensils.

Wash and shred dried tofu and red pepper respectively

Mince the garlic and mince the shallots

Boil water in a pot, first add the dried beans and then the red peppers and blanch them
