Ingredients
Steps
-
If the lean meat is ground with a machine, then chop it with a knife, which will taste better~27 is chopped directly with a knife~
-
Melt the maltose (if not available, just use white sugar~) in water, add salt and black pepper to the pork, and stir vigorously in one direction with chopsticks.
-
Then add an appropriate amount of oil, fish sauce, cooking wine, and soy sauce and continue stirring vigorously in one direction.
-
Marinate the stirred meat for at least half an hour.
-
Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the tin foil, place an appropriate amount of pork on the tin foil, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin.
-
Peel off the plastic wrap and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly.
-
Place in the preheated oven, 150°C, and bake for 15 minutes. (I originally wanted to show off 27’s new oven, but the light at night was too bad~I couldn’t see it at all~woohoo~~)
-
Take it out, be careful of scalding your hands, tear off the plastic wrap, place it on the baking grid, brush it evenly with a layer of honey, then sprinkle an even layer of sesame seeds, continue to put it in the oven, and continue to bake at 120°C for 10 minutes.
-
If it is not dry, bake it at 100℃ or 90℃ for about 10 minutes. Be sure to continue roasting over low heat, otherwise, it will burn easily, so be sure to watch it!
-
Delicious and simple pork breast is ready~
-
Note: Everyone must be sure to control the ratio of oil, fish sauce, salt, and soy sauce. Don’t put too much, because they all have a salty taste, so be sure to use the right amount! If you like other flavors, you can also add an appropriate amount of chili powder, ginger powder, pepper powder, or curry powder! Okay~ I wish everyone good appetite~ See you next time~
