Soak mushrooms, fungus and day lily until soft and wash. Soak the roasted bran for 15 minutes. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into quarters, tear the fungus into small pieces, and cut the day lily into two pieces.

Boil water in a pot, cook the roasted bran for 3 minutes, squeeze out the water and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, a little more. Add the roasted bran and stir-fry until the surface is slightly brown.
