Prepare vegetables on the chopping board. Wash the beans in advance, pick them and break them into small pieces (it’s better if you have white beans).
-
Choose ripe tomatoes for tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and set aside.
-
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the wok, about 3 teaspoons.
-
Add the Sichuan peppercorns and wait until the peppercorns change color and prepare to stir-fry the meat.
-
Introduce the freshly marinated shredded pork into the pot, stir-fry quickly until the flavor is released, and add a small amount of salt to taste.
-
Add tomato pieces and stir-fry.
-
When the noodles are cooked for 6 minutes, add the beans and stir-fry, then add a small amount of salt to taste (the amount of salt added at this time will taste to the total amount of pasta).
-
Add enough water to cover the vegetables, about a bowl and a half of a small bowl for daily meals, cover and simmer.
-
After the beans are cooked, cover the vegetables with the prepared oil and spread them flat. Turn the heat to high and start simmering the noodles.
-
Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, turning the entire dough so that it is evenly colored and flavorful.
-
When the soup has dried up, turn off the heat, stir evenly with chopsticks, serve in a bowl and enjoy! A bowl of hot and fragrant braised noodles is ready. If you have time, you can make seaweed and egg soup to accompany it.
