Pickled fish
Overview
The fish were caught by Ding Ding's grandfather in the countryside, one big and one small. They were completely wild. They had been raised in the pond at home for several days. Ding Ding said they were mother fish and baby fish. They kept them for a few days to play with. I didn't know how to deal with them, so I took it to the market to save trouble and packed them up and brought them back. The small ones were made into fish soup and the big ones were made into pickled fish. Ding Ding's father came back at noon to take a bite and asked in surprise: "Did you really make this?" Didn't you come back in a package? 😄, this is a great encouragement~

Ingredients
Steps
-
The fish fillets were marinated in slices. I bought ready-made cooking bags and marinated them half an hour in advance. I added a little cooking wine
-
I made the fish bones into soup separately and added salt
-
Minced green onion and coriander, green and beautiful
-
Sauerkraut stir-fried in oil
-
Put the fish bone soup into the pot and simmer for a while, add a little salt and dark soy sauce
-
Take out the pot
-
Leave some fish soup, add a little water if not enough, put in the seasoning packet and wait for the pot to boil
-
Place the fish fillets into the pot and cut them open with chopsticks
-
Boil the pot for 2-3 minutes until the fish fillets are slightly curled
-
Pour over the sauerkraut and sprinkle with minced coriander and green onion
-
Two tablespoons of oil, cold
-
Sichuan peppercorns, I put in less pepper today because my grandparents are too spicy and can’t eat too much
-
Chili, put it in the pan, don’t wait too long
-
Take out the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns and spread them on top, burn the remaining oil until it smokes, then pour it on the fish and make a sizzling sound~
