Stir-fried tofu with seasonal vegetables

For this dish, today I used spinach and Chinese cabbage to stir-fry tofu. Light and delicious.

Blanch the tofu and cut into cubes. Set aside.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the onions, ginger and garlic, and add the tofu.

Fry the tofu until cooked.

Add salt and concentrated chicken juice and stir-fry evenly.

Just cut off the leaves and spinach of the Chinese cabbage, wash and set aside.

Add salt and chicken juice concentrate.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat

Add bok choy and spinach.

Reduce the juice over high heat and add chicken essence and sugar.
