Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms with garlic sprouts
Overview
I like the toughness of king oyster mushrooms and its faint mushroom aroma, and I like the texture of hand-pulled king oyster mushrooms even more. I especially like the crispy and tough texture when chewed in my mouth. Every time I blanch mushrooms, I add some garlic. It turns out that I add some garlic to prevent mushroom poisoning. Over time, I feel that fried mushrooms without garlic flavor are really unpalatable, so I have become a habit. This time I just saved a small handful of garlic sprouts at home, and frying them for one plate was not enough, so I simply used them instead of garlic cloves. The result is very delicious with rice, so any leftover ingredients can be mixed into a delicious dish.
