Soaked vermicelli.

Wash the white radish, peel and grate it, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for half an hour, squeeze out excess water.

Fried tofu.

Chop the white radish, fried tofu, vermicelli, green onions and coriander into a basin, add a little salt, dark soy sauce, five-spice powder and chicken essence, add a spoonful of hot oil to taste and mix well.

Add yeast and warm water to the flour, stir to form a floc, let it rise to double in size, and knead into a smooth dough.
