Home-style stir-fried beef with celery
Overview
It's a very homely stir-fried beef dish, and it's quick to make. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes, stir-fry it for a few minutes, and it's ready very quickly.

Shred the beef, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon (two to three grams) of salt, a little water, 1 tablespoon of oil, knead evenly, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the celery into diagonal sections, and finely chop the pepper, ginger and garlic.

Heat the pot, pour a small amount of oil, add ginger, garlic, chili pepper and celery and stir-fry for two to three minutes. Add half a spoon (two to three grams) of salt and stir-fry for a few times, then scoop it up.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil, add shredded beef, quickly stir-fry until the beef changes color.

Pour in the celery that was fried earlier, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and stir-fry for a minute or two.
