Shrimp and Pesto Pasta
Overview
There are frozen basil leaves in the refrigerator, but I froze them because I didn’t have time to eat them when they were growing well! I specially bought 1 pound of pine nuts and want to make pesto pasta today!

I bought the pine nuts and baked them in the oven at 150 degrees for 6 minutes

For frozen basil leaves in the refrigerator, it is best to use fresh ones

Put the basil leaves into a cooking cup and add an appropriate amount of olive oil

Add pine nuts

Add some salt
-
Add some cracked black pepper

Add garlic cloves

Add a little cheese powder

Use a hand-held blender to stir into a paste

Whisk a few more times and this is green sauce

After the water in the pot boils, add the pasta, add some salt and olive oil and cook for 8 minutes

Take the pasta out

Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine and salt for a while

Add a little oil to the pot, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color

Add cooked pasta and pesto

Stir evenly and serve
