Cantonese style boiled fish
Overview
I'm from Cantonese and I like boiled fish very much, but I can't stand the spiciness of boiled fish. So I came up with this dish of boiled fish which is not spicy at all.

Pumpkin and fish

Cut the fish into large pieces, cut the pumpkin into cubes, and process the onion, ginger, garlic and lemon. Slice cucumber.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then sauté garlic until slightly burnt

Add pumpkin and stir-fry

Add plenty of water and cook until the pumpkin is cooked

Add the fish pieces, perilla, nine-layer pagoda and lemon slices and cook until the fish is cooked
