  1. Cut the Lipu taro into small pieces, dice the radish, cut the chives into chopped green onions, cut the ham sausage into thin slices, cut the soaked dried shiitake mushrooms into strips, tear the soaked scallops into thin strips, and prepare a handful of dried shrimps.

  2. Heat the oil and stir-fry the mushrooms, scallops, dried shrimps and scallions until fragrant.
