Taro salty porridge

Cut the Lipu taro into small pieces, dice the radish, cut the chives into chopped green onions, cut the ham sausage into thin slices, cut the soaked dried shiitake mushrooms into strips, tear the soaked scallops into thin strips, and prepare a handful of dried shrimps.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the mushrooms, scallops, dried shrimps and scallions until fragrant.

Add the diced carrots and taro cubes and continue to stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce to adjust the base flavor.

Add pepper and washed rice and stir-fry evenly, add water, put the rice cooker in and use the porridge button to cook.

Add ham slices and cook for 1 minute.

Pour the cooked porridge into the casserole and continue to boil for 5 minutes. During this period, stir more to prevent the bottom from burning, and add salt and chicken essence to taste.

Add sesame oil to taste.

Tear in the chopped green onion, stir evenly, and remove from the pot.
